PSRS (Manchester) Limited now requires part time cleaners with immediate start in Manchester. Regular shift are available from Monday to Friday also at weekends. Experience is preferred but not essential as induction will be provided. Duties will include all areas of cleaning, office cleaning, carpeting cleaning, oven cleaning, communal cleaning, mopping etc. interested candidates must demonstrate ability to work with team, ability to take instructions, be a team player.
Painter & Decorator
This specific role of the qualified applicant is to prepare and decorate a particular surface in accordance with the wishes of our client. This may involve working on a wide variety of surfaces, including metal, wood, plaster and stone, also incorporating numerous materials.
3. The applicant will be able to carry out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration, varnish and wallpaper tasks in occupied and empty properties whilst achieving a durable and quality finish.
4. He/She will be able to prepare and clean surfaces using hand-held power tools and the appropriate methods. This could include scraping, sanding, sandblasting, hydro-blasting, steam-cleaning; and “burning off” of loose paint; repair cracks and holes in walls and joinery by applying fillers/sealant. Prepare/sand surface for application of decorative product.
5. To mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture as necessary
6. Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish, fibreglass, metal coating or fire retardant using brushes, rollers or spray equipment, following manufacturer’s recommendations.
